How much does a visit cost with no insurance?

It depends on your income. Community health centers use a sliding-fee discount scale set by federal rules. If your income is at or below the federal poverty level, you pay only a small nominal fee. As income rises, the discount steps down. Bring proof of income and household size to set your rate.
